Welcome to our luxurious corner apartment in Guardamar del Segura. Located on the fourth floor, it has a fantastic, completely unobstructed view of the sea and adjacent hills.
From the apartment it is approximately a 700 meter walk to the fine sandy beach and 800 meters to the cozy center. Directly next to the apartment you can walk into a nature reserve with unpaved walking paths. The Guardamar Hill Resort itself also has various facilities to enjoy your holiday.
The apartment is over 110 m2 and really fully equipped. The spacious terrace with lounge seating area and dining table can be opened completely or partially as desired with sliding glass panels. Regardless of the weather, you can always enjoy the view that is never boring.
Inside there is a spacious living room with a large leather sofa and a 6-seater table. In addition to international channels, you can also receive Dutch TV on the flat screen. Naturally, there is also free WiFi.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with box springs and wardrobes. The master bedroom (where you have a view of the sea from the bed) has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, a double sink, toilet and bidet.
All windows in the apartment are equipped with electrically operated shutters to keep the heat out. There is of course also air conditioning, so you always have the desired temperature inside.
Guardamar Hills resort has an indoor & outdoor swimming pool including children's area and a free padel court.
The complex is well secured and has an elevator to take you to the fourth floor. Parking is available for free along the side of the road, there is always plenty of space.
Guardamar del Segura is a popular seaside resort with a nice beach, boulevard with restaurants and terraces. The village also has a large nature reserve and park with walking routes. The center is easily walkable from the apartment. Through a tunnel you can easily reach the beginning of the main street. From Guardamar it is also possible to make trips to nice places in the area such as Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante and even a day trip to the beautiful city of Valencia is easy to do.
From Alicante airport you can drive to Guardamar Hills within half an hour.
It is wonderful to spend a holiday here all year round. The mild climate is also an advantage for winter visitors.
