Welcome to our luxury corner apartment in Guardamar del Segura with fantastic views over the sea and adjacent hills. Beach within walking distance, swimming pool and free padel court in the complex.
From the apartment it is about 700 meters walk to the fine sandy beach and 800 meters to the cozy center. Right next to the apartment you can walk straight into a hilly nature reserve with unpaved hiking trails. Guardamar Hill is a quiet, residential complex (not touristy) and has various facilities to enjoy your holiday even more.
The apartment is over 110 m2 and really fully equipped. The spacious terrace with lounge seating area and dining table can be opened completely or partially with sliding glass panels. Regardless of the weather, you can always enjoy the view that never gets boring.
Inside there is a spacious living room with a large leather sofa and a 6 person table. In addition to international channels, you can also receive Dutch TV on the flat screen. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and also a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with box springs and wardrobes. The master bedroom (where you have a view of the sea from bed) has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, a double sink, toilet and bidet.
All windows of the apartment are equipped with electrically operated shutters to keep the heat out. Of course, there is also an air conditioner so that you always have the desired temperature inside.
Guardamar Hill has a central communal area including a free padel court and a swimming pool including outdoor children's area. House rules apply here in terms of times and swimwear. An indoor swimming pool is open in winter.
The complex is well secured and has a lift to take you to the fourth floor. Parking is available for free on the side of the road, there is always enough space here.
Guardamar del Segura is a popular seaside resort with a fine beach, boulevard with restaurants and terraces. There is also a large nature reserve in the village with walking routes and a park with children's playground. From the apartment the center is walkable. Through a tunnel you are at the beginning of the main street. From Guardamar it is also possible to make trips to nice places in the area such as lively Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante and even a day trip to the beautiful city of Valencia is doable (about 2 hours drive).
From Alicante Airport you can drive to Guardamar Hill within half an hour.
It is wonderful to spend your holidays here all year round. The mild climate is also an advantage for winter visitors.
