Spread over 2 floors, we offer our detached house for 1 to max. 6 people. On. Near the beach, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, bars and golf courses.

A staircase takes you upstairs to the cozy home, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. The (upstairs) house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. This floor has air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans. Another staircase takes you to the lovely spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view towards the sea, where on nice days the sun shines all day. There are 4 comfortable sun loungers, 2 sun beds, a dining table with 4 chairs. If you want to sit in the shade, there is also a pergola. There is also a plancha (a BBQ plate).

The house also has a ground floor. The garage is for private use. If you come with a group of more than 4 people, you can rent the ground floor as an extra bedroom. This ground floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed, its own small shower and toilet, kitchenette and a sitting area with 2 relax chairs. The ground floor is not rented separately, but can only be rented separately and only from May to September. This is also to guarantee your privacy. This is therefore optional, only if you come with several (5 or 6) people or if you are 2 couples and want privacy. The ground floor apartment has its own access.

The house is only 6 minutes by car from the beach. Located in La Marina Urbanization, in the village of San Fulgencio, 25 min . drive from Alicante airport. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars and where the typical Spanish weekly market takes place every Tuesday. The shared swimming pool is a 4-minute walk away and you can use it for free . There is an 18 hole golf course, La Marquesa, approximately 13 km away.
