This detached villa with large garden has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. Of course there is also a private swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters with diving board and sunbeds. The villa has a nice covered terrace at both the front and the back so that you can always find a place in the sun or in the shade.
The spacious living room with Dutch television, digital and internet, is adjacent to the fully equipped open kitchen. A microwave/grill and a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher are available here. From the dining area you enter the rear terrace where you can prepare a meal with the beautiful gas barbecue.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower with rain shower. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Of course, there is also a washing machine in a separate laundry room.
You can park your car on site and the shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
