Our holiday villa Casa Pez in Moraira is suitable for 14-16 people. Located in a unique location; a 5-minute walk from the center and beaches, yet quiet and private. The villa was completely renovated in 2021 and has 7 double bedrooms (all with air conditioning and fans) and 3 bathrooms spread over two fully furnished apartments. (So also 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms).
The entrance offers parking for 3 cars. The site is completely closed.
There are several terraces around the villa and a large swimming pool (CO2 neutrally heated), which means that the water is also at a wonderful temperature in spring and autumn, depending on the intensity of the sunshine. There is also a heated outdoor shower and extra toilet. There is a garden with play equipment for the children. From the naya, panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
There is a spacious outdoor kitchen with large BBQ and extra refrigerator.
