Our holiday villa Casa Pez in Moraira is suitable for 14-16 people. Located in a unique location; a 5-minute walk from the center and beaches, yet quiet and private. The villa was completely renovated in 2021 and has 7 double bedrooms (all with air conditioning and fans) and 3 bathrooms spread over two fully furnished apartments. (So also 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms).
The entrance offers parking for 3 cars. The site is completely closed.
There are several terraces around the villa and a large swimming pool (CO2 neutrally heated), which means that the water is also at a wonderful temperature in spring and autumn, depending on the intensity of the sunshine. There is also a heated outdoor shower and extra toilet. There is a garden with play equipment for the children. From the naya, panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
There is a spacious outdoor kitchen with large BBQ and extra refrigerator.

We are Eric and Betty Visschers, from Brabant. In 2010 we came to Moraira for the first time and were immediately sold. We fell in love with the cozy, hospitable village on the Mediterranean Sea with many terraces, restaurants, a large marina and the beautiful azure blue bays with white beaches. We would also like to introduce the guests of Casa Pez to Moraira and its surroundings. We hope you enjoy it here as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include the use of bed linen and towels. 
Costs for electricity and water are included, subject to normal consumption.

Additional costs :
€ 350.00 cleaning costs
€ 850.00 deposit, to be transferred with the last rental installment, these will be refunded to your account if no imperfections are found after the final cleaning.

In the periods that the house has to be heated with the central heating, the gas consumption will be deducted from the deposit afterwards. 

Payment terms:
30% immediately after confirmation of your reservation
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before check-in date. 

Smoking in the house is not allowed, pets are only allowed after consultation.

The many coves and beaches with restaurants along the coast in Moraira and the surrounding area are definitely worth a visit! Sports facilities in Moraira and the surrounding area: various golf courses, mini golf course, tennis courts, large modern marina, boat rental, parasailing, jet ski rental, flyboarding, kayak rental, diving centers, bicycle rental, motor and buggy rental, kart track, various walking and cycling routes. Places of interest in the area: Guadelest reservoir with castle, waterfalls in Callosa d'en Saria, caves in Benidoleig, car trips through Jalon valley, Bernia mountains, viewpoint Coll de Rates. Other seaside resorts in the area: Altea/Albir, Calpe, Javea, Denia Several parks in Benidorm: Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura, Iberia Park, Benidorm Aventures, Benidorm Palace (theatre and dinner show)
