Our beautiful holiday apartment is located in the popular Doña Pepa district, in the town of Ciudad Quesada/Rojales. The apartment is located in the beautiful Residencial Albamar park. Residencial Albamar is a fully fenced complex and has 4 (communal) swimming pools, beautiful gardens and the car can also be parked safely in the park. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own large garden (120M2).


The apartment has a spacious living room (air conditioning) with open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds. (a baby cot may also be available).

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has a large private garden of 120M2 with sun and shade areas.

Many restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. The popular sandy beach of Guadamar del Segura is about 10 minutes away. Lively Torrevieja is about 10 km away. The distance to Alicante airport is 30 minutes.

You can reach the beautiful golf courses of La Marquesa within 10 minutes. There are also many other activities in the immediate area.
