Our Mediterranean holiday home with Moorish accents has a cosy living room with sofa bed and open window overlooking the garden to the private pool, a separate dining area. A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, rooms each have a spacious built-in closet. Bathroom with a sink, WC and shower. An equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and all other comforts. Separate toilet, washing machine and dryer available. The sitting area has a pellet stove and air conditioning. The dining area is also equipped with air conditioning. Each bedroom also has air conditioning. Our air conditioners are very recently installed and energy-friendly (both cooling and heating). Free WIFI and smartTV (internet available as well as app NLZIET). Living area 120m². Total ground area is 900m². Private swimming pool available with spacious sun terrace, covered naya, enclosed patio at the back where you can relax in the sun in winter. Our garden also offers shaded areas that can be useful in summer. Through a gate at the back of the garden you can quickly reach the beach Els Pinets through a forest, 550 meters walk. Outdoor shower, spacious terrace, patio furniture with lounge, 4 sun beds, gas bbq and paella basin, bed and bath linen for rent.

We, Anja and Johan have been the proud owners of this cozy holiday home in Benissa since December 18. We have been busy freshening it up and dressing it up so that it is pleasant for ourselves but also for our holiday makers. Since we cannot always be there ourselves, we want to make our 2nd home available to holidaymakers who also like the surroundings.

* In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the

* In case of cancellation from 4 weeks before the start of your stay or in case of no-show, the
   Cancellation fee 100% of the total amount. Cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.

Casa Mi Pajobe is a detached villa with a large garden, private swimming pool and large outdoor kitchen. This advertisement concerns the reservation of 2 bedrooms for max. 4 persons.
The villa has a large driveway with electric gate. You can park several cars on the own property.
There is a carport for 1 car that is not visible from the street
Although most people prefer to stay outside as much as possible, the villa also has a lot to offer inside.
