If you check in after 10 p.m., a nightly fee of EUR 40.00 will be charged.
Please let us know in advance if a baby cot needs to be provided; extra costs 25.00 euros.

If the check-out period is not observed, the amount of the deposit will be withheld depending on the duration.

The minimum rental is 5 days, except in the summer months, where a minimum stay is 7 days.
The house can be rented for a longer period.

Outside the summer months, 25% discount on a minimum stay of 4 weeks.

For bookings from 01-09 (current year) to 31-03 (next year);
25% discount on all bookings from 27 nights
15% discount on all bookings from 20 nights
10% discount on all bookings from 13 nights

Also early booking discounts on a minimum stay of 4 weeks (1 year beyond the request date - outside the summer months) up to 30% discount.


If you cancel within one month before the rental date, 50% of the rental price will be charged and within one week (as well as no-show) 100%.
