This beautiful villa is located in a cul de sac and completely private, no neighbors.
The villa consists of 2 floors, the upper part is the main house and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen with all appliances and lounge with dining area, TV with TV Flanders. There is also a covered outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast with a beautiful view.

The ground floor on the same level as the pool consists of 2 bedrooms, which also have a dining room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Next to the pool is also an outdoor kitchen with a cozy bar.
There is also private parking for 2 cars within the fence.
The house also has a cozy garden with beautiful plants, fruit trees and palm trees and several terraces to enjoy the peace and quiet and a bbq area.
The house is completely privately closed and there is absolutely no view from neighbors at the pool.
The main house for up to 6 people can also be rented separately, the rent for this part is the price minus 20%.
