La Casa de Lili is a brand new apartment located in Rojales on the Costa Blanca South.
This new-build apartment can be rented for a maximum of 5 people, with children aged at least 10. It is very quietly located with a 360° view over the El Recorral nature reserve to the sea of Guardemar and also over the La Marquesa golf area in Rojales.
The apartment, located on the first floor, consists of 3 bedrooms with box springs and 2 bathrooms.
One bedroom has a box spring of 180 x 200 cm, built-in wardrobes, TV and an en-suite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms have a box spring of 160 x 200 cm, each with a TV, built-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom.
Both bathrooms are luxuriously finished with bathroom furniture, toilet and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a combination oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. You also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, Flemish TV and internet at your disposal.
There is a private elevator available that leads into the apartment.
You can also take the elevator to your solarium where the private swimming pool awaits you.
All rooms have a separately controllable temperature control.
There are options to use a sauna and hammam (shared, there will be improvement works here until Q1-2024) and you can use 3 large communal swimming pools located in a beautifully landscaped garden, a few steps from the apartment.
The apartment is 40 minutes from Alicante airport. We can take care of your airport transportation and/or car rental from the airport.
A Dutch-speaking keyholder will be on site for check-in and check-out. They will be happy to provide you with the necessary information during your stay.
The house is available from 3 p.m. and on the day of departure we ask you to leave the house by 10 a.m. This is to ensure that everyone can start their holiday in a neat and airy apartment.
In the apartment you will also find a folder with nice addresses and restaurants.
Above all, enjoy the peace and beautiful views that our apartment has to offer. If you want, you can visit the busier places in the nearby area. In 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Guardemar del Segura, where you can enjoy 12 km of sandy beaches, numerous bars and restaurants. Trips to Murcia, Torrevieja and Alicante are certainly possible.
A day of shopping is also no problem. There are local markets and in La Zenia you will find the largest open-air shopping center in Europe with La Zenia Boulevard. Definitely worth it for shoppers!
