La Casa de Lilic

La Casa de Lili is an apartment (BJ2022) located in Rojales on the Costa Blanca South.
This apartment can be rented for a maximum of 4 to 5 people, with children of at least 10 years.  It is very quiet with a 360° view over the nature reserve El Recorral to the sea of Guardemar and also over the golf area La Marquesa in Rojales.

The apartment, located on the first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with box springs and 2 bathrooms.  
One bedroom has a box spring of 180 x 200 cm, built-in wardrobes, TV and an en-suite bathroom.  
The other 2 bedrooms have a box spring of 160 x 200 cm, each with a TV, built-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom.
Both bathrooms are luxuriously finished with a bathroom cabinet, toilet and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.  You also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, Flemish TV and internet available.  
There is a private elevator available that leads into the apartment.  
With the elevator you can also go up to your solarium where the private pool awaits you.

All rooms have a separately controllable temperature control.

You can use  3 large communal outdoor swimming pools that are located in a beautifully landscaped garden, a few steps away from the apartment.  

The apartment is located 40 min from Alicante airport.  We can take care of your airport transfer and/or car rental from the airport.

For the check-in and check-out, a Dutch-speaking keyholder will be on site.  He will be happy to give you the necessary information for during your stay.
The house is available from 3 pm and on the day of departure we ask you to leave the house at 10 am.  This is to ensure that everyone can start their holiday in a neat and airy apartment.
In the apartment you will also find a folder with nice addresses and restaurants.

Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful views that our apartment has to offer.  If you want, you can visit the busier places in the vicinity.  In 7 minutes you are at the beautiful beaches of Guardemar del Segura, where you can enjoy 12 km of sandy beaches, numerous bars and restaurants.  Trips to Murcia, Torrevieja and Alicante are certainly among the possibilities.

A day of shopping is also no problem.  You have local markets and you will find the largest open-air shopping center in Europe in La Zenia with La Zenia Boulevard.  Definitely worth it for shoppers!
