Charming holiday home in Rojales on the Costa Blanca

This super cozy and practical house (semi-detached) of 95 square meters in total is located near (2 minutes) the golf course La Marquesa and a 15-minute drive from Guardamar with its wide sandy beaches. It has a beautiful view over the valley of the so-called Vega Baja.

Alicante airport is a short 45 minutes drive from this beautiful destination.

The interior of the house is very cozy and there is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. There is a terrace around the house and on top of the house is the roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun, while enjoying a spectacular view over the valley and mountains.

The whole house has a light tiled floor and an open connection to the kitchen.

The living room has a TV with Dutch programming and WiFi / Internet.

The 3 bedrooms (1 in the basement with its own shower / toilet room) are equipped with a double bed and are spacious. They also have a built-in wardrobe.

There are 2 modern bathrooms, both of which have a WC and are fully equipped and both have a walk-in shower.

The small-scale houses complex has a swimming pool that is only accessible to owners or tenants of the complex.

The house is within walking distance of several restaurants, supermarkets, the golf course and a lively market on Thursdays.

Torrevieja
Torrevieja is a well-known seaside resort on the Mediterranean, 45 km south of Alicante and 10 minutes from the house. The municipality contains about 20 km of coast and about 200,000 people live there.

Torrevieja and its surroundings have a microclimate, thanks to the fact that the salt lakes draw moisture from the air, making it one of the healthiest microclimates in the world according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Especially people with psoriasis and other skin complaints, but also people with rheumatism or other bone-related pain complaints, benefit greatly from this.

North and south of Torrevieja are the largest salt lakes in Europe. It is remarkable that the most northerly lake at La Mata is more blue-green in color and the southern lake at Torrevieja, pink. In the salt lake of Torrevieja we find hundreds of flamingos during the breeding season.
You can walk around the salt lakes and there are also some picnic areas.

More to the south, near San Pedro and La Manga del Mar Menor you will find another salt lake. At Lo Pagan beach there are healing mud baths where people rub themselves in mud, let themselves dry in the sun and then rinse it off in the sea.
