Completely new luxury villa with a swimming pool to cool off in. Detached villa with high ceiling in the spacious living room, luxury kitchen with (off) washing machine. In the master bedroom a private bathroom with toilet and also a separate bathroom with toilet.

Spacious terrace around the entire house with sun loungers, hammock, dining table and lounge set and possibility to park your car on your own property. In addition, 2 spacious roof terraces with seating and lying (possibly sleeping) opportunity.

In this new villa all luxury is present with satellite TV and super fast fiber optic internet .

The villa is located in Polop and you can reach the historic and picturesque center of Polop in 5 minutes by car. Altea and Albir are also a 15-minute drive away and various beaches can be found at a 15-minute drive from the villa.

In the area many beautiful sights, both amusement parks, nice villages, beautiful nature and many pleasant markets!

Hi, I'm Roy and I live in the Netherlands and work as an interim manager. In addition, I am in Spain every other week because I am (co-)owner of the beautiful restaurant La Plume in La Nucia.

My beautiful luxury villa is sometimes for rent and I have decorated it with great care and style, really a wonderful place to enjoy all the beauty that Costa Blanca has to offer.
