This fine and luxurious apartment is fully equipped and is ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Spacious apartment with an area of no less than 136 m2. 3 large bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a dining table, large living room with a nice corner sofa, a flat screen TV with Dutch channels and a large sliding door to the sunny terrace.

From the terrace you have a magnificent view over the Mediterranean. Laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack and a private parking space in the parking garage. As a tenant you can use the lovely communal swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The apartment is only 500 meters from the fine sandy beach and the dunes, which can be reached on foot, by bicycle and by car.

The apartment is located in a gated resort with 24/7 camera surveillance, on a hill on the outskirts of Guardamar. Guardamar is a charming traditional coastal town with many nice shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful white sandy beaches and a kilometer-long dune area. It is ideal for a wonderful holiday if you do not like mass tourism but the traditional Spanish life, the fun and sun all year round.

Explanation of prices

Electricity is not included in the price. We charge € 0.50 per kWh. The costs are deducted from the deposit.
Mandatory final cleaning € 135 per stay. Payment in cash upon key handover.
Deposit € 300 (if no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount minus the costs for electricity will be returned within a week after the check-out date).
The booking is final after receipt of the down payment (50% of the total rent). The remaining amount including the deposit must be paid no later than four weeks before the arrival date.
Due to Covid-19, you can cancel the booking free of charge in the event of a negative travel advice. If you have made a down payment, you will receive it back within a week.
