Welcome to our lovely home!! An oasis of peace and comfort so close to the sea . Our villa is less than 2 km (less than 20 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car) from the nicest beaches and bays of Moraira . This dream spot was renovated in early 2022 and is fully air- conditioned. With 3 bedrooms (double beds) and 2 bathrooms, the house is an ideal place for families of 4 to 6 people .
In a quiet street, this place offers peace and privacy. You can cool off in the nice private swimming pool or on the covered terrace (naya). But of course there are also plenty of places to sunbathe in complete privacy in the lovely garden. The swimming pool is 8x4m and has steps. Our pool boy comes by 2x a week in the very earliest hours to keep the water hygienic and clear. Supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi, Carrefour, Pepe la Sal and Lidl are about one and a half kilometers away. The distance to the center of Moraira is 2 kilometers.
Layout of our villa:
A metal gate opens onto the spacious paved driveway, which has room for the car and which, with a gravel driveway and wide 5-step staircase, leads to the villa, with all facilities on one level. So there are no stairs in the house or to the pool. From the patio doors in the living room or from the kitchen you can walk straight into the sun and onto the terrace. This makes the house ideal for families who want to bring grandparents with them. Through the front door you immediately enter the kitchen (fully equipped such as dishwasher, American fridge with ice maker and large freezer, grill oven, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven dishes and more than enough crockery) . Through an open passage you enter the spacious living / dining room with air conditioning, large dining table, bluetooth music box, TV with chromecast.
From the living room you have access through French doors to a beautiful spacious terrace with an 8-seater dining table with a distant view of the greenery. Continuing from the living room through an open passage you enter the bedroom with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet). The whole house and the outdoor area has super fast WiFi (fiber optic).

The house is not rented to groups of young people.
Small pets are allowed.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
Water and electricity is included in the rent.
Surcharge for arrivals after 9 p.m. € 50.00.
Mandatory cleaning fee and linen: 200 euros per stay.
