Nice apartment for rent with 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and the other with a large double bed. The apartment is also equipped with 2 bathrooms and a beautiful terrace, terrace is south-facing and you can enjoy the sun all day long with a view of the pool.

Terrace is also equipped with an electric awning. Living and living space is equipped with every comfort. Kitchen has a microwave, oven and dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi available. TV with netflix and all channels for all countries. Storage space available. You can cancel free of charge regarding coronavirus. The rental price includes 2 new bicycles that you can use.
For lovers of Padelle, there are padelle squares, very nice accommodation nearby.

Hello I rent my apartment in residence Las Higuericas on the Costa Blanca.
The microclimate, the salt lakes and the many beautiful places make me feel great here.
I rent out my apartment during the periods that I am not present.
There are 2 beautiful swimming pools and it is only a 3-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach.
