Casa Vent y Mar (with sea view)

Bienvenido a nuestra casa Vent y Mar (wind and sea). An attractive house with sea view, equipped with every luxury and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the lively center of Moraira.

Our house is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and the port of Moraira and within walking distance (1000 meters) of the center of Moraira. The villa is quietly located but close to several restaurants (500 meters) in the "Cometa" district. Due to its location near the sea, there is always a wonderful sea breeze.

The completely new and attractively furnished villa (autumn 2022) is oriented south-east and has sun all day. The entrance is closed with an electric gate and there is parking on site.

The living area of the villa is located on the ground floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms (with rain showers), a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioners (hot and cold), shutters and screens.

The living room has a dining area and a separate sitting area with a smart TV (including Netflix and a Chromecast). Lightning-fast WiFi via fiber optics provides the entire house and outdoor area with internet. There is a portable (JBL Charge5) speaker for music indoors and outdoors. The living and dining room is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).

The fully equipped kitchen, including wine cabinet, is centrally located. The covered naya (covered terrace) which is also located on the ground floor can be reached from the kitchen/dining room. From the spacious naya you have a beautiful sea view and a view of the port of Moraira.

In the naya you will find a large dining table, a cozy sitting area and an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, which invites you to enjoy extensive dining. One floor below, you will find a large terrace with a (possibly heated) swimming pool of 4 by 8 meters, an outdoor shower and a toilet.

Of course the sunbeds with parasols are ready for you, but you can also find the shade in the wonderfully spacious lounge corner under the covered terrace. Here you will also find a cozy round dining table.

Downstairs in the garden is a covered place to play table tennis. The tropical plants and a number of fruit trees provide a wonderful holiday atmosphere.

The house is non-smoking inside and outside and pets are not allowed. Our house is not suitable for young children under the age of four.
