Villa Mostalla is a beautiful villa located in Pego on the border of the province of Valencia and Alicante. The villa is located in a green area and is only 12 minutes away from the beach by car. The modern villa, built in 2018, is stylishly decorated and has large windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide beautiful views. The villa, surrounded by fragrant pine trees, offers a lot of privacy and a fantastic panoramic view over the orange valley.

Fully equipped
Villa Mostalla, has a total of four floors. You approach the villa from the street level (roof terrace level) via a travertino staircase 1 floor down to the entrance of the villa.

The entrance, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet and a spacious adjoining covered outdoor terrace are located on the main floor.

The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, including a spacious American fridge with freezer and ice cubes/water dispenser. The induction hob, oven, microwave oven make cooking a pleasure. The dishwasher eliminates the need to wash dishes and fresh coffee, macchiato, or espresso can be brewed with the extensive built-in coffee machine.  

Via the glass central staircase we go up 1 floor. Here is the master bedroom with very spacious ensuite bathroom with rain shower, bath, double sink and toilet. The master bedroom is directly adjacent to the spacious roof terrace with lounge set, bar table, sunbeds and a luxurious 2-person sun bed with canopy. Enjoy a beautiful view of the coastline of the Costa Blanca. 

We go down 1 floor from the residential level. On this level you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 overlooking the pool. There is a gym equipped with rowing machine, treadmill, exercise bike and various dumbles. On this floor there is also a TV room and a professional pool billiards with an adjoining partly covered terrace with bar table and lounge set. This floor also gives access to the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying racks and extra fridge). You will also find a 2nd guest toilet here.

Bedrooms
Villa Mostalla, where luxury and comfort go hand in hand, has a total of five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds (3 of them consisting of  2x1 beds). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in rain shower, bathroom furniture and toilet, so you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. The bedrooms are each equipped with spacious wardrobes with ample storage space and hangers. The rooms are tastefully decorated and all have a desk/dressing table with mirror, full-length mirror and fan. 
The air conditioning is centrally controlled on each floor.

Swimming with an unforgettable view
From the clear blue infinity pool you will experience a special dimension of the view. The swimming pool is 14 x 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 0.3 to 1.70 meters. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower and an extra storage room with (minibar) fridge. The terrace is equipped with wonderfully adjustable sunbeds with cushions, a lounge set and parasols. In the storage room there is a table tennis table that can be folded out on the artificial lawn for a game of table tennis.

The mild climate of the Costa Blanca also makes a stay in the winter months pleasant. 
The villa is equipped for the hustle and bustle of up to 10 people, where everyone can also find a place to retreat for a while. The many terraces (2 of which are covered) offer the possibility for a lovely spot in the sun or shade.

Villa Mostalla has an outdoor camera system with alarm.

Location
Villa Mostalla is located on Monte Mostalla a stone's throw from the picturesque village of Pego where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities. From the villa you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise and panoramic views over the Pego Valley to the coastline of the Costa Blanca. 
The location is easy to reach by car from Valencia or Alicante airport.
