The penthouse is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a staircase with its own closed entrance. As it is located on the corner of the complex, you will get fantastic 360-degree views of the village of Guardamar del Segura and its surrounding mountains and dunes. The entire complex is only accessible to residents and is very well maintained.

Next to the refreshing communal swimming pool is a sheltered sunbathing area. The complex even features a heated indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym.

You enter the apartment from the stairs. Through the hall you enter the kitchen, dining and living room. The balcony (10m2) off the living room is accessible through a large sliding door, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular view of the nature reserve.

The master bedroom is spacious and has the ensuite bathroom, which is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. The spacious second and third bedrooms share a separate bathroom which is also equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet and is easily accessible. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes that provide plenty of storage space for your clothes and suitcases.
The cozy living room is equipped with a large smart flat screen TV on which all European channels can be received and tasteful furniture.

A staircase leads to the private roof terrace/sun terrace of 100m2, from where you can overlook the entire area of Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful pine forests and enjoy the sun at any hour of the day. It is equipped with a large luxury lounge set, sunbeds and extensive retractable sun protection and wind cloth. Furthermore, a fridge has been placed on the roof terrace so you can enjoy your cool drinks without having to go downstairs to get them from the kitchen and there is an outdoor shower to cool you down while sunbathing. The washing machine can also be found in a cupboard on the roof terrace.

This beautiful holiday penthouse is close to several golf courses, the nearest (5 minutes drive) is the beautiful golf course "La Marquesa" and within walking distance you will find padel courts to hit a ball.

Furthermore, it is close to a supermarket (5 minutes on foot), several restaurants (with a wide range of cuisines), small bars (within 1.5 km) and the promenade of Guardamar with its beautiful beaches. During the high season, markets are often held in the evening and many activities are organized for children, including a small funfair. Attractions in the area are in Rojales: "Cuevas del Rodeo", impressive cave houses built in the 18th century; "Casa de Las Conchas", a house built with patterns of shells, tiles and mirrors; and every Wednesday the weekly local market is held. Other places of interest in the area are: the saltwater lakes and its museum (Santa Pola); the spectacular water park "Aquapolis" (Torrevieja); and the Natural Park of the Torrevieja and La Mata Lagoons. The area of Guardamar del Segura offers well-equipped private hospitals, dentists, specialists and general practitioners (all different nationalities and/or speaking several languages).
