After a long search of several years, we have been the happy owners of this beautiful villa in Pedreguer since October 2023.
Because we cannot use our villa all year round, we would also like to rent it out.
An oasis of peace, sea views and privacy, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday experience.
The beautiful coastlines, the rolling inland, the beautiful nature and with 300 days of sunshine a year it is wonderful to stay here.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking, the renter must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
Additional costs;Mandatory additional costs are; Linen package € 150 per house mandatory when booking fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and 2 towels. Final cleaning € 180 (2 p.) € 250 (3-6 p.) . Deposit € 350,-. Upon approval of the villa after inspection and settlement of any costs, the deposit or a remainder of the deposit will be refunded within 14 days. Facilities including: electricity during the summer months with normal use, hammam towels free to use, the only thing the tenant must ensure is that they are clean and dry at their destination for the next tenant before departure.
If the tenant has not been able to ensure that the hammam towels are clean and dry for the new tenant, we will have them cleaned. The costs will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of loss or damage, € 25 per hammam towel will be charged. Camping bed and high chair are available, included and can be set up on request. Facilities excluded; Electricity during the winter months, due to the heating costs. 0.35 ct per Kwh
