After a long search of several years, we have been the happy owners of this beautiful villa in Pedreguer since October 2023.
Because we cannot use our villa all year round, we would also like to rent it out.
An oasis of tranquility, sea views and privacy, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday experience.
The beautiful coastlines, the rolling inland, the beautiful nature and with 300 days of sunshine a year, it is wonderful to stay here.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional costs;
Mandatory additional costs are; Linen package; fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and 2 towels,
€150 per home required when booking. Final cleaning € 150 will be deducted from the deposit. If the villa is approved after inspection and settlement of costs, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded within 14 days. Facilities included: electricity during the summer months with normal use, hammam towels can be used freely, the only thing the tenant must ensure is that they are clean and dry at their destination for the next tenant before departure.

If the tenant has not been able to ensure that the hammam towels are clean and dry for the new tenant, we will have them cleaned. We will deduct the costs from the deposit.
In case of loss or damage, €25 per hammam towel will be charged. Camping bed and high chair are included and can be prepared upon request. Facilities exclusive; Electricity during the winter months, due to heating costs. 0.20 cents per kWh

Montgó Natural Park: Take a walk or cycle through this beautiful natural park with its impressive mountain range and enjoy breathtaking views of the coastline. Les Rotes: Explore the rocky coastline of Les Rotes, a perfect spot for hikers and nature lovers. You can also snorkel there and enjoy the diverse underwater world. Cueva de las Calaveras: Visit the "Cave of Skulls", an intriguing cave with stalactites and stalagmites. A fascinating experience for adventurers.
