Casa Mandala

If you are looking for a contemporary, attractive apartment with your own private garden, and want to alternate relaxation with visiting characteristic villages, lively seaside resorts and cozy terraces, then a stay in the Casa Mandala apartment is highly recommended. We completed this beautiful apartment, suitable for 2 people, at the end of 2020. The apartment with its own entrance is built under our house, accessible via a staircase. We like to keep our apartment smoke-free. Washing machine and dryer are available. It is quietly located with a great view of the valley. Pedreguer (Monte Solana) is located behind the seaside resort of Denia, near the AP7 and the large indoor shopping center Marina Alta. Pedreguer is centrally located to the tourist resorts of Denia, Javea and Moraira. Denia beach is 10 minutes drive and Javea 15 minutes. Spain has a lot to offer for almost every type of visitor. It is an ideal area for lovers of hiking, mountain climbing, golfing and cycling. This is also the training area for professional cycling. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Living room:
The spacious living room is modern and tastefully decorated. There is a spacious 3-seater sofa that can be used as a comfortable 2-person sofa bed if necessary. There are additional costs involved. An attractive seat by the window with a view over the garden. There is also a large flat screen TV with Chromecast and Dutch channels. An air conditioner that provides coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. WiFi is provided and available free of charge.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped, including crockery, an electric hob with extractor, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

Bedroom:
Spacious bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. 2 single beds of 90x200 with slatted base and good mattresses, including top deck.

Bathroom:
The luxurious bathroom is spacious and equipped with a sink with 2 drawers, hairdryer, toilet and shower.

Sun terrace:
There is a large sun terrace with a lounge set, outdoor shower, sun beds and a spacious Ibiza parasol where you can enjoy a beautiful view. The terrace is south-oriented and therefore offers plenty of sun all year round. The garden on the sun terrace is full of beautiful plants. In short, enjoy yourself.

Recently, in November 2021, a terrace was also created directly next to the apartment where you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning sun.

Recently, in July 2023, we installed a beautiful Ibiza outdoor kitchen for general use with gas barbecue and refrigerator.
