Casa Coll de Rates

Casa Coll de Rates is my parents' house that they built themselves 30 years ago. It is located in the Jalon Valley near the beautiful village of Parcent. It is located at the foot of the Coll de Rates with a nice view of the village and the mountains.

The house with swimming pool is located on a plot of 2000 m2 and is therefore completely free.
The house is half an hour's drive from the coast. In the village you will find a small supermarket, bakery, cafe and a number of restaurants. There is a large supermarket in Jalon, a 10-minute drive away.
The Coll de Rates is located in the very popular cycling area of the Costa Blanca.

My name is Steffie Smit, daughter of Jan and Lenie and I have been managing Casa Coll de Rates for some time now. My family and I are in love with the house and the area. The peace, the space, the residents and the environment really appeal to us. Because we are still working ourselves and because of this we can only use the house for a few weeks a year, we also want others to enjoy this unique place.
