Casa Polp is a modern villa for 6 people (max 4 adults) with a large swimming pool on the coast in Benissa Costa between Calpe and Moraira (Smoking and pets are NOT allowed)

Very good and open view, quiet location with plenty of space between neighboring houses. With a southwestern location, you have many hours of sunshine per day and you can end the day with sunsets behind the Sierra Bernia.

This beautiful villa is located on a plot consisting of several plateaus. It is quietly located on the coast of Benissa, 5 minutes by car from the famous bays of Cala Baladrar, Cala Advocat and the shops, bars and restaurants in the Cap Blanc area. Club de Golf Ifach Moraira is, so to speak, in the backyard.

Enter through a large entrance gate and walk up the stairs to the terrace with swimming pool. There are lovely sunbeds around the spacious swimming pool and a beautiful garden/lounge set is available under the veranda. You can also relax in the shade on the sunbeds under the recently installed cabana. The outdoor shower is located near the pool.

There is a spacious covered terrace area for when it gets too much in the sun and where you can relax in the shade.

You don't have to go far for a day at the beach. The sandy beach of Moraira, which is a cozy and popular family beach, can be reached within a few minutes. Or to the elongated sandy beaches with a promenade in Calpe. You can choose a different bay every day. The entire coastline from Moraira to Altea has all kinds of small rock and sandy beaches, where you can snorkel or just relax in the sun, while the children take yet another dive in that blue Mediterranean Sea.

Here you will surely spend many hours in the sand, watching the surfers in the surf, the tennis players at the tide line and the children tirelessly building sandcastles.
