The villa is quietly located in a street with only local traffic, but is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants (approx. 10 minutes) and the beach (approx. 15 minutes). You will lack nothing in Villa Marlene, there is satellite TV (NL channels), high-speed fiber optic internet, central heating (with connection to the mains network so no lugging around gas bottles ;-), air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washing machine, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, air fryer and Senseo.
Villa Marlene has three floors, each with its own south-facing terrace. On the ground floor you will find a spacious, cozy living room with direct access to the sunny terrace with private swimming pool of 8 x 4 with hot water outdoor shower. In the front garden of the villa you will find a cool seating area for hot days and a driveway with pergola for 1 car. There is also ample free parking in the area. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite with rain shower, the other with bath. On the third floor you will find a spacious attic with a double sofa bed, library and spacious south-facing roof terrace.
Various water sports and mini golf can be practiced on Albir beach. You can also rent a boat in Altea for a day at sea. There are several golf courses in the area with attractive green fees. Hiking trips and jeep and quad safaris are offered and there are also several gyms, tennis courts and wellness centers. Night out? The cozy Zawa club and of course all the bars and restaurants in the village and on the beach are less than a 10-minute walk away. And then of course there is the vibrant nightlife of Benidorm and the spectacular Benidorm Palace, about a 10-minute drive away.
