Surrounded by green orange fields, you can enjoy golf, delicious food or a cozy terrace just 25 minutes from the beach or the city of Torrevieja. Vistabella golf is an 18 hole golf course with hills, practice field and bar. On the urbanization of vistabella golf you can enjoy several restaurants or bar. There is a pharmacy and a small supermarket. The city of Torrevieja is a medium-sized city, with a shopping center, several beaches, and a very pleasant pedestrian promenade with several small shopping stands. There is a wide range of restaurants for a delicious paella, or even for an exclusive dinner. Just a few kilometers from the house you can enjoy horseback riding, Paintball, kayak, quad. The ideal home to enjoy a balance between rest and activities!

In June 2022 we bought our apartment, with heart and soul we carried out a complete renovation. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord / even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 60th and the 90th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 30th and 59th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the starting date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full price.
