We are Jan and Rebecca.
In June 2022 we bought our apartment, with heart and soul we carried out a complete renovation. We have paid a lot of attention to small details so that our guests can enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We are so proud of the result that we would like to share it with you, so that you can enjoy a nice holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord / even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 60th and the 90th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 30th and 59th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the starting date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full price.
