Your holiday home has a total 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The main villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite to master bedroom) and a separate apartment offers a home office space with separate double bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom with shower. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

• Cancellation up to 45 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

• Cancellation from 45 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

• Cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price. ?
