Welcome to Casa Boho, an attractive holiday home in Calpe with private pool on the Costa Blanca. This stylish and fine house is suitable for 1 to 5 people and offers the perfect combination of tranquility, comfort and the Mediterranean outdoors.
The house is fully furnished in a warm bohemian style and makes you feel right at home!
The house
The house is nicely decorated with bohemian influences, everything is there. There is enough space to stay with 5 people. There is a living room and a beautiful dining room. From the latter place you can even see the sea. The kitchen has all equipment including a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, toaster, juicer, etc. All rooms are air-conditioned.
There is a gas fireplace in the living room. This will be replaced by a pellet stove at the end of the summer, in order to be able to heat the house at low cost.
The bedrooms are attractively furnished and have good mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. In addition to a modern bathroom, there is also a separate toilet with sink and mirror.
The garden
The house is surrounded by a large garden, with beautiful palm trees and various fruit trees. You can enjoy figs, oranges, apricots and much more every day!
In the backyard is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a large gas barbecue. There are several seating areas to always be able to sit somewhere in the sun or shade. The backyard is completely free, so you have a lot of privacy. There is also sun all day. There are various coconut cloths to provide sufficient shade in the summer months.
The pool is a saltwater pool. This is pleasant for the skin, health and especially for your swimwear. There are several floaties that can always be used.
Location
The finca is located in a quiet area, yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Two streets away is a small supermarket. A large supermarket is already a 2-minute drive away. If you want to walk to the beach this takes about 20 minutes.
Moraira is a 12 minute drive, Benissa beach - La Fustera a 5 minute drive. Places like Javea Denia etc are also easy to drive to. Casa Boho is a 1-hour drive from Alicante airport or 1 hour and 15 minutes from Valencia airport.
Discount
The price is shown per week. For stays of more than 11 days, you will receive a discount. A longer stay of several weeks is also possible. A substantial discount is then given. Send a message for the possibilities.
The arrival day and departure day is set to Saturday by default. This can be another day in consultation.
