VILLA CAPITÁN — VILLAMARTÍN, ORIHUELA COSTA
Villa Capitán is a contemporary three-storey home, wrapped in floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, on a gently sloping plot between the golf courses of Villamartin (Orihuela Costa), just 5 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. 300 m² built on a terraced plot of 500 m², with natural marble floors throughout the house – and even in the garden – and direct access to the garden from all floors. Space, privacy and an authentic resort atmosphere for up to 6 guests: private pool with whirlpool, Turkish steam sauna, Finnish wood-fired sauna and long evenings in the open air.
THE HOUSE, FLOOR BY FLOOR
Ground floor — arrive and unwind. A living room with fireplace, two comfortable sofas and smart TV for quiet nights; a fitness corner with an exercise machine; a laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer, and a bathroom with shower. Everything practical, solved from the moment of arrival.
Main floor — the heart of the house. The day level: a spacious living room with a large sofa and smart TV, a kitchen with an island and full Bosch appliances, a pantry next to the kitchen and, next to it, the dining area. On the same floor, two double bedrooms en suite, each with its own bathroom, smart TV and large built-in wardrobes: each couple has their own space and privacy.
Upper floor — light and rest. A very spacious master bedroom with a private balcony, seating area and smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Next door, an office leads to a huge covered terrace (pergola with solar panels) with garden furniture and a ping-pong table: perfect for breakfast with garden views, teleworking or extending the after-dinner conversation.

Villa Capitán is designed around well-being, as a small resort for exclusive use:

The terraced garden offers several atmospheres: a large poolside seating area with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and rocker; a barbecue with outdoor dining table for summer dinners; and several quiet corners spread over the terraces, with the natural marble extending to the outside as well.

LOCATION: GOLF, BEACHES AND DAY TO DAY
Villamartin is one of the most established golf and leisure areas on the Costa Blanca. The Dialprix and Mercadona supermarkets, as well as the restaurants and bars of Villamartin Plaza, are all within easy walking distance. The golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are just a few minutes' drive away, and La Zenia Boulevard – the largest shopping centre in the region – is around 10 minutes away.
The beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa (La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor) are about 5 km away, around 10 minutes by car. Alicante airport is about 45 minutes away; the Murcia-Corvera airport, even closer.
WHAT THE RENT INCLUDES
The villa is rented in its entirety: all three floors, the swimming pool, both saunas, the terraces and the garden, plus parking for two cars within the plot. Airport transfer on request.
OTHER DETAILS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
— The pool is not heated (only whirlpool and air jets).
— Minimum stay: 7 nights. Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 11:00.
— No smoking indoors, parties or events; Break hours from 23:00 to 08:00. The maximum occupancy is the reserved occupancy.
— As a general rule, pets are not allowed: ask us before booking and we will evaluate it.
— Final cleaning: €235 per stay. A refundable deposit of €500 is available prior to arrival, which is returned upon departure.
— Registered tourist housing: VT-(*CONTENT HIDDEN*)-A (Valencian Community).
