Las Colinas Golf and Country club is a 330 hectare exclusive and secure residential domain 10 minutes drive from the Spanish Mediterranean Sea, built around an 18 hole championship golf course. The domain is close to the town of Torrevieja and not far from the beautiful coasts of the Costa Blanca. There are 2 airports at 50 kilometers : Alicante and Corvera-Murcia.

The spacious 3 bedroom apartment has large sliding windows, a terrace of 40 m2 and a panoramic solarium of 90 m2 with an exceptional view of the hills of Las Colinas, the swimming pool, La Manga and the sea.

In the master bedroom you can relax in a comfortable bed and private bathroom with toilet and rain shower. The 2 guest rooms have a separate bathroom, also with toilet and rain shower.

The apartment is fully equipped for 6 people, made with the best materials. In the cooking wall you will find an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, Sonos ... On the solarium there is also a small kitchen with refrigerator and a gas barbecue.

At the bottom of the building there is a spacious parking garage, but there is also sufficient parking in front of the building. You can store your golf bags or bicycles in the spacious storage room in the garage. Via the elevator you can quickly reach the apartment on the third floor.

On the grounds of one of Spain's best 18-hole golf courses you will find tennis and paddel courts, a communal swimming pool for residents and guests of the apartment, fitness, a fine restaurant, a falconry school, a nature trail + MTB course and so much more. You can rent (electric) bicycles nearby.

In the region there are many possibilities for visits.
At the sea, at the level of the Mar Menor and along the Mediterranean Sea, there are numerous water sports options, sailing, diving, endless walking or just lazing or sunbathing.
If you like good food, you will find what you are looking for in Spanish gastronomy.

The prices are based on normal energy consumption of 20 kWh per night. If exceeded, a surcharge of 0.35 euros per kWh will be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM ( special arrangements possible depending on the situation)

Pensioners since 2019 we live in Spain. We bought a house there in 2014. We recently purchased this penthouse to move into when we are a little older. Meanwhile, we are happy to share this exceptional place with all nature lovers. We love the peace, walking in nature, discovering interesting places and sometimes just taking a nap in the shade of the generous Spanish sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Wifi, energy (20kwh per night) and water are included. The prices are based on normal energy use of 20 kwh per night. If exceeded, a surcharge of 0.35 euros per kwh will be deducted from the deposit.

The tenant receives by e-mail the reading of the electricity meter communicated by the network operator on his arrival and departure. It can track consumption thanks to an application available on tablet. Prices include bed and bath linen.

The tenant delivers the Penthouse and the outdoor terrace swept clean and tidy upon departure.

When occupied by a single couple with occupancy of only one room and one bathroom, we charge a special price.

According to Spanish law, all guests must register before check-in. We will send you a link one week before arrival to complete this mandatory registration.
