Villa El Rêve

Our house, located in a quiet residential area, is suitable for up to 5 people and is equipped with every comfort. We rent our house to couples and families with older children. Most rooms are on the ground floor. An additional bedroom is located at pool level
An attractive living room with air conditioning/inverter (both cool and warm), flat-screen TV with Chromecast, DVD, and WiFi (fiber optic). Equipped with a two- and three-seater sofa with low table, a sideboard and TV furniture.

Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and fans,
one bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. and the second bedroom with two separate beds of 90 by 200 cm, which can be pushed together.

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet.

The kitchen with fan is equipped as follows: dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
From the kitchen you enter the naya with dining area, table, 4 chairs, wall cupboard and a fan. Here you have a beautiful view of the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains.
From the naya you can also use the external stairs to the roof terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings.
Downstairs in the garden is the swimming pool with a 55 m² terrace, equipped with sun beds and parasol, where you have complete privacy.

In the basement there is a storage room with washing machine and drying rack.
On this level also the extra bedroom for a 5th person with private bathroom. (on request)

Jàvea, on the Costa Blanca, is easily accessible via the airports of Valencia (100 km) or Alicante (100 km), as well as via the largely toll-free motorways.

In addition to the old village, the harbor, the beautiful sandy beach of El Arenal with boulevard and the beautiful bays with rock formations, Jàvea has retained its friendly atmosphere. There are no high-rise buildings here and the locals are extremely friendly and helpful. The hinterland of the Costa Blanca is also recommended.

Our house is located in the Balcon Al Mar district, a very quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. As well as our house, you can enjoy our beautiful subtropical garden with many different types of plants. In the garden there is a barbecue with picnic table. The house is located on an enclosed, fenced property of approximately 1000m² with lots of privacy. This makes our house ideal for couples and families with older children. Parking is possible on our site.
