I would like to invite you to get acquainted with a special place that I lost my heart to in 2021: Casa Yoyosa. A beautiful and quietly located villa with two separate apartments in typical Spanish style where everything is within reach for ultimate relaxation. Perfect for a holiday with, for example, 2 families, each with their own apartment and yet cozy together by the pool.

A huge forest is a 5-minute walk from the vila and if you like golf you can be on the golf course within 5 minutes, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. The pleasant beaches, bays and villages of Moraira and Javea can be reached in less than 12-15 minutes' drive. In short, an oasis of peace, nature and culture, all nearby.

Ground floor apartment*
The lovely ground floor apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms (1x double room with double bed, 1x double room with 2 single beds and 1x single room), a living room and a bathroom. But with the amazing view of this apartment you will probably spend most of your time outside, for example enjoying the beautiful sunsets from your private terrace, a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool of Casa Yoyosa, or a nice cool drink with lemons from own tree (so tasty!).

Top apartment*
The spacious, ground-floor, upstairs apartment in Casa Yoyosa can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms (2x double), a living room, separate dining room, bathroom and spacious terrace. The bright apartment has a fantastic view of the mountains of Javea and the surrounding area with the most beautiful sunsets through the large windows and the spacious terrace.
Both apartments in the villa have a private entrance, a spacious private terrace/garden and private parking. The swimming pool of Casa Yoyosa is shared by both apartments.

Hi, I'm Yolanda van Zuijlen and I've been dreaming of a house in Spain since I was a student. Don't ask me why, but whenever I set foot on Spanish soil I felt like I was coming home. At the end of 2021 I found my 'home' in my wonderful dream house in Javea on the Costa Blanca. Every morning I still pinch myself when I open the curtains and drink my cup of tea, staring at the amazing view of this beautiful area. What a gift! Be welcome!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices mentioned are for the entire villa (both apartments). Renting one of the two apartments is also possible, please send an email with a price request

Prices include air conditioning, WiFi and electricity (up to 70 kW/h per week). Above that € 0.35 per kW/h, to be deducted from the deposit.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
