Start the day with a quiet breakfast in the sun, seek the shade of the pergola during the hottest hours and enjoy an aperitif in the evening while the sun goes down.

You will find, among other things, a spacious and attractive living room, an open kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher and oven, air conditioning and electric shutters.
Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV with TV Vlaanderen, Flemish and Dutch channels and streaming options.
The apartment also has a balcony with a view of the pool.
Thanks to the elevator, you can easily reach the penthouse and the underground private parking.
🌴 Holiday feeling within the residence
You can also relax outside the apartment.
The closed and well-kept residence has a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area and umbrellas.
In addition, our guests can use the fitness room, sauna and petanque court.
This way you combine the privacy of your own penthouse with the comfort of extra facilities.

Casa Buena Vida is not an anonymous holiday home.
We, Kris & Katia, are in personal contact with our guests and are also available for questions during the preparation of your holiday.
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our regular keyholders. No anonymous key box, but a clear explanation so that you can start your holiday relaxed.
A point of contact is also available locally during the stay.
We are also happy to share our own tips for restaurants, beaches, markets and fun excursions in the area.
Through our keyholder it is also possible to have breakfast, tapas or other dishes provided or delivered.
📍 Quiet location and yet everything close by
Casa Buena Vida is located in Orihuela Costa on the southern Costa Blanca.
The residence itself is quiet and well-kept. Ideal for those who want to relax and don't want to stay in the middle of a busy entertainment district.
By car, you can reach beaches such as La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima in just a few minutes, as well as restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.
La Zenia Boulevard, one of the most famous shopping centers in the region, is also nearby.
Golf enthusiasts will find several golf courses about a 10 to 20-minute drive away.
Torrevieja, the nature reserves and salt lakes, local markets and numerous hiking and cycling opportunities are also easily accessible.
Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately a 45 minute drive away.
A (rental) car is recommended to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest. At Casa Buena Vida you have your own parking space in the underground garage.

That is why we like to share with our guests our personal selection of restaurants, tapas bars, breakfast addresses and other favorite places in Orihuela Costa and the surrounding area.
From a simple menú del día to a cozy evening by the sea: there is something for everyone.
Those who like to cook for themselves can also enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen on their own rooftop.
💧 Clear and transparent
We like clear agreements without unpleasant surprises.
Included in your stay are:
water, wifi in the apartment and on the rooftop, bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen and beach towels.
12.5 kWh of electricity per day is also included.
Electricity consumption can be monitored transparently via the digital meter. Only any additional consumption will be settled afterwards.
