It is located in the Calpe Bay building, in the center of Calpe.
Accessible on the third floor by elevator
There is also a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment.

The historic center is a two-minute walk away and the beautiful sandy beaches are a ten-minute walk away.
Supermarket and restaurants can also be found in the same street.
The apartment has a modern interior for four people.
With a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
In the living room you are fully equipped including a 65 inch smart TV. With Dutch channels and sports channels.

There are two bedrooms each with two comfortable single beds 90x200 cm.
And there are also two bathrooms.
We do not smoke and that is not allowed.
