Inside
Through a spacious balcony on the street side you enter the living room. The bright and fully equipped apartment offers all the comforts for 1 to a maximum of 4 people. The tastefully decorated living room flows seamlessly into the open kitchen, creating a cozy atmosphere that is ideal for cooking and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials — from coffee maker, stovetop to refrigerator and more so you won't be short of anything. The living room has air conditioning, there is WIFI and Dutch TV.
Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, ample storage space, mobile air conditioners and blinds for a good night's sleep. Waking up with the promise of a sunny day — it couldn't be more wonderful. And plenty of bedding available.
Bathroom
The neat bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass sliding wall, toilet and sink. Clean towels are provided, so you only have to come with a suitcase full of summer clothes.
Roof terrace
Spacious sun-roof terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs.
The barbecue makes your life complete. The skyline gives a view of the district and the coastline.
Swimming pool
After a morning at the beach, a cooling dip in the communal pool is pure luxury. Afterwards, enjoy a drink in the sun and let the day sink in.
Beach within walking distance
The nearest beach is just a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. Sand between your toes, a book and an ice cream — that's all you need for a perfect day. But there are considerably more beaches in this region. By car you can reach the beach of La Zenia Beach in 10 minutes, which is highly recommended.
Going out and shopping
Despite its central location, the area is quiet and peaceful. Ideal for those who really want to relax and recharge. Still, the pubs, restaurants and terraces are just a 10-minute walk away. One of the largest shopping malls in southern Europe "La Zenia Boulevard" is less than 2 km away.
