This holiday villa with a living area of 146 m2 has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 2 with walk-in shower.
The house is located in the quiet residential area of Los Almendros in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. Driving time from Alicante airport is 65 kilometers and Murcia is approximately 45 kilometers.

The house is modernly furnished, both inside and out, and has a private terrace of 100 m2 on the south/southwest with lounge set, duo love bed, sun beds and the option to eat outside at a dining table with 8 chairs.

From the terrace you have direct access to the (heated) private saltwater swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. On the terrace, near the swimming pool, there is also a separate outdoor shower with an outside tap.

On the roof of the villa there is a so-called solarium with a fantastic view of the surrounding area and is equipped with a lounge set, sun lounger, dining table with 6 chairs and a pergola that can provide the necessary (partial) shelter.

There is plenty to do in the area for both young and old. 8 minutes drive to the beaches of la Zenia and Playa Flamenca and 10 minutes to the beaches and center of Torrevieja.
The region has 10 beautiful golf resorts within a radius of 25 km.

Home furnishings
Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (beans), electric hob, washing machine and various kitchen appliances. The living room has internet TV (fast fiber connection). There is also a spacious bedroom downstairs with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. This room also offers direct access to the terrace next to the villa and then the large terrace and swimming pool.
1st floor: a second spacious bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The third spacious bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.

All bedrooms have a spacious (built-in) wardrobe and both upstairs bedrooms have access to the shared balcony with relaxing seating. The entire house is modernly furnished and has air conditioning (hot/cold) and WiFi throughout the house. Cot and high chair are available.

For wintering we charge a monthly price of 850 euros including WiFi (fiber), water and electricity (300Kwh per month). Additional electricity costs are 0.65 euro cents per Kwh which will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit for wintering is 750 euros.
