This attractive apartment on the first floor is located in the quiet, popular area of La Florida in Orihuela Costa (near Torrevieja) and is the ideal base for families, friends, padel players, golf enthusiasts or digital nomads.
Outdoor living & sea views
The showpiece of the house is the spacious roof terrace of ±35m2. Here, you'll start the day with a cup of coffee while looking out over the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. In addition, the house has a cozy balcony for the necessary moments of shade. Fancy a day at the beach? After a walk of about 30 minutes, you will have your feet in the sand.
Comfort & Space
Inside you will find a luxurious living room, three bright bedrooms, a modern bathroom (new October 2026) and a beautiful kitchen (new August 2026). Whether you come to laze around or to work: with 600mb of fiber optic internet, the connection is lightning fast. For an optimal night's sleep, the house is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and shutters so that it stays pleasantly cool inside.
Relaxation & Surroundings
Swimming: Take a refreshing dip in the beautiful, shared swimming pool. Or walk to Playa Flamenca beach within ±30 minutes (5 minutes by car)
Cosiness around the corner: Just a 5-minute walk away you will find several restaurants and cozy bars, including the famous Irish pub The Abbey Tavern.
Location: Located ±45 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Parking is no problem at all; There are plenty of parking options directly in the area.

Bedrooms:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds of 80x190cm and the master bedrooms have a double bed of 160x190cm and a television. The master bedroom has air conditioning, the other bedrooms a ceiling fan.
Towels and bed linen is included.
On request it is possible to place a camping bed in one room.
Bathroom:
The bathroom installed in October 2026 has a bathroom cabinet with washbasin and mirror, a spacious walk-in shower and toilet.
Living room:
Cozy living room with round dining table and 6 chairs, a nice sofa and a large smart TV. The living room also gives access to the balcony at the front where you can enjoy the evening sun.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen newly installed in August 2026 with fridge including freezer, a 4-burner electric hob, combi oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Roof terrace:
On the roof terrace you will find a garden table with 6 chairs, a lounge set, a weber bbq and a hammock. There is also a pergola and large parasol for the necessary shade.
Beaches:
There are several beaches nearby.
The nearest Playa de Cala Mosca and Playa Flamenca are about 2 km away.
Playa La Zenia at about 4km is also worth a visit. It has a wide, white sandy beach that has been awarded the Blue Flag for quality and beauty. It is an ideal place for water sports or simply to relax at the famous chiringuito (beach bar) with live music every Sunday afternoon.
Padel:
At ±15 minutes walk you will find Orange Padel with 8 padel courts (7 doubles and 1 single)
Golf:
For golf lovers, Orihuela Costa is a true paradise. Thanks to the mild climate, you can stand on the green here all year round. From Casa Suave in La Florida you will find yourself in the heart of the 'golf triangle' of the Costa Blanca South. Whether you are an experienced golfer or just starting out, there is always a course that suits your level just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the property.
Shopping:
La Zenia Boulevard is about 2 km away. This is the largest open-air shopping center in the province of Alicante and an absolute must! It feels more like a cozy Mediterranean village with squares and fountains than a traditional shopping center.
With more than 150 shops, there is something for everyone. You will find big names such as ZARA, Primark, Mango, Decathlon and MediaMarkt.
The upper floor is entirely dedicated to hospitality with international cuisines, from tapas and Italian to well-known chains such as Foster's Hollywood and Burger King.
