A spacious terraced house in a quiet new residential area in Pilar de la Horadada. The house is located near the Rambla, a car-free zone of about 3 kilometers where you can walk and cycle to the beach.

The house has an open kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and kettle. The living room has large windows that provide access to the adjoining terrace with private swimming pool (4m x 5m). The orientation of the garden is south, so very sunny. The bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed (150x190). There is also a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. On the first floor are the other two bedrooms which are also equipped with double beds (150x200). The bathroom offers a washbasin, toilet and shower. Through the bedroom you have access to a spacious balcony (south), the other bedroom has a small balcony (north). Through the balcony you have access to the private roof terrace. From the roof terrace you have views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive when booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported in writing to the landlord as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
