3 bedroom holiday apartment in Altea (Altea La Vella)

This modern apartment of 160 m2 including a partly covered large terrace of 55 m2 is located in the Altea la Nova urbanization and has the following layout:
* Three bedrooms, one en suite with sliding doors to the terrace.
* Two bathrooms with bath and shower.
* A spacious living room with lounge sofa and sliding doors over the entire width to the terrace.
* A fully equipped semi-open kitchen and again a view over the terrace.
* The apartment has air conditioning/heating, WiFi and satellite TV including all Belgian channels and many Dutch channels.

There is a large communal garden around the complex that is perfectly maintained daily by the gardener. There are two large swimming pools and showers at either end.
There are beds all around for those who use the swimming pool. Shady spots can be found under the palm trees, there is a special pool for the children and there is supervision by a lifeguard in the summer months.

The large and sunny terrace with a lovely lounge set and sun beds is ideal for sunbathing and/or having a drink with a beautiful view over Altea and the sea and the Benidorm skyline in the distance.
At the back of the complex is Mount Bernia. Here you can take beautiful walks and fully enjoy the peace and nature.

The apartment is located in one of the oldest towns in Spain: Altea La Vella, at the foot of the Sierra Bernia mountain range.

The spacious living terrace (55m2) offers views over the Mediterranean Sea, cliffs and the bay of Altea and Albir.
A holiday spot with a lot of variety: swimming pools in the courtyard, authentic Spanish beaches with chiringuitos where you can eat paella and tapas, a marina where the nouveau riche are ensconced, a lively boulevard with heladerias and palm trees and an old town center with whitewashed houses against narrow cobblestones. streets and a square around the centuries-old parish church Nuestra Señora del Consuelo with its recognizable blue domed roof.

The apartment is only a 45-minute drive from Alicante airport and strategically positioned between the long sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca without being a tourist trap itself.
No high-rise buildings are allowed in Altea, which means that large-scale hotel complexes are not available and the place has a sophisticated appearance.

The region has been designated by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world. This is mainly due to the microclimate with the impressive amount of sunshine in this region (on average 320 days per year). That means: long summers, but also pleasant and sunny winters. This makes Altea a suitable holiday spot for every month of the year.
