Are you looking for a holiday home that is fully equipped and close to the beach, the pleasant strip with restaurants and a large shopping center? Then read on!

Casa Disfruta is a wonderful holiday home that was completely renovated in 2022. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Would you like to stay in Casa Disfruta with six people? No problem, we also have a nice luxurious sofa bed. And optionally also a camping bed.

The garden is surely the showpiece of Casa Disfruta. The place to really enjoy the Spanish sun! You can of course swim in our private swimming pool, have a BBQ in our outdoor kitchen and shower in the open air (highly recommended! Including hot water). We also have a conservatory for when the mornings and/or evenings are a bit colder in winter.

You rent Casa Disfruta including beach facilities.

Finally, the location makes Casa Disfruta even more attractive. Casa Disfruta is of course located in Orihuela Costa, area: La Regia / Cabo Roig. Within 5 minutes you can reach Cabo Roig beach or La Zenia beach, the large shopping center 'La Zenia Boulevard' and the strip with many restaurants. And also very convenient, the Lidl and the Mercadona are just around the corner. There is much to do and see around Orihuela Costa. Places such as Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura and La Mata can be reached quickly. The major cities such as Murcia, Elche and Alicante are also less than an hour away by car.

We are Jennifer and Richard, owners of Casa Disfruta. In January 2025 we took over this holiday home from Klaas and Jaimy who completely renovated it in 2022. In the past 2 years, they have been able to receive many tenants to their satisfaction. We would like to continue this in the same way and let you enjoy this nice place in Orihuela Costa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Up to three months before the start of the holiday, it can be cancelled free of charge. The deposit will then be refunded. If the holiday is cancelled within three months before the start, the deposit will not be refunded. If the holiday is cancelled within two weeks before the start, the entire amount will not be refunded. This of course applies if there is no valid reason for cancellation.
