Are you looking for a holiday home that is fully equipped and then also close to the beach, the cozy strip with restaurants and a large shopping center? Then read on quickly!

Casa Disfruta is a wonderful holiday home that was completely renovated in 2022. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Do you still want to stay at Casa Disfruta with six people? No problem, we also have a nice luxury sofa bed. And optionally also a camp bed.

The garden is the showpiece of Casa Disfruta. The place to really enjoy the Spanish sun! You can of course swim in our private swimming pool, have a BBQ in our outdoor kitchen and shower in the open air (highly recommended! Including hot water). We also have a conservatory for when the mornings and/or evenings are a bit colder in the winter.

You rent Casa Disfruta including facilities for the beach and two bicycles.
Finally, the location makes Casa Disfruta even more attractive. Casa Disfruta is of course located in Orihuela Costa, area: La Regia / Cabo Roig. Within 5 minutes you are at the beach Cabo Roig or the beach La Zenia, the large shopping center 'La Zenia Boulevard' and the strip with many restaurants. And also very handy, the Lidl is just around the corner. There is much to do and see around Orihuela Costa. Places such as Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura and La Mata can be reached quickly. The major cities such as Murcia, Elche and Alicante are also less than an hour away by car.

We are Klaas and Jaimy, owners of Casa Disfruta. We bought this holiday home in August 2021 and then completely renovated it. Until it was completely to our liking in May 2022 and we started renting. We have already made many tenants happy, something we do with great love!

Explanation of prices

Up to three months before the start of the holiday, it can be canceled free of charge. The deposit will then be refunded. If the holiday is canceled within three months before the start, the deposit will not be refunded. If the holiday is canceled within two weeks before the start, the entire amount will not be refunded. This of course applies if there is no valid reason for cancellation.
