Our apartment is located in Orihuela Costa. It is a brand new penthouse on the 3rd floor with elevator. In the vicinity of the cozy Torrevieja. ( current reviews 9.4 average)
The apartment consists of a living room, luxuriously equipped kitchen including dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The penthouse also has a beautiful ground floor terrace of 25 m2 and a roof terrace of 75 m2 with lounge set, sun blinds and an outdoor kitchen.
Everything is provided for the guests, such as:

The apartment complex has a swimming pool and children's pool for communal use. Beautiful playground for the little ones and a petanque court. Wellness area with fitness room with jacuzzi and sauna for a fee.
A supermarket is 100 meters away and within walking distance (2.5 km) is the Zenia Boulevard, with its many shops.
Many nice restaurants and the extensive beaches of Playa Flamenga, Playa Zenia, Playa Cabo Riog are also 2.5 km away. Throughout the year there is a lot of activity around Torrevieja (2.5 km).
Only 40 minutes from Alicante airport. Cities like Murcia, Elche, Cartagena and Alicante 30-45 minutes and Valencia at 2 hours by car.
Mandatory final cleaning to be paid at reservation (Euro 130). Deposit (Euro 250) to be paid in cash to the manager.
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out no later than 10:00.
