Our apartment is located in Orihuela Costa. It is a brand new penthouse on the 3rd floor with elevator near the pleasant Torrevieja. (current reviews 9.4 average)

The apartment consists of a living room, luxuriously equipped kitchen including dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All areas have air conditioning.

The penthouse also has a beautiful ground-floor terrace of 25 m2 and a roof terrace of 75 m2 with lounge set, sun blinds and an outdoor kitchen.

Everything is provided for the guests, such as:

- bath towels
- kitchen linen

- Wi-Fi

The apartment complex has a swimming pool and children's pool for shared use. Beautiful playground for the little ones and a petanque court. Wellness area with fitness room with jacuzzi and sauna.

There is a supermarket 100 meters away and Zenia Boulevard, with its many shops, is within walking distance (2.5 km).

Many nice restaurants and the extensive beaches of Playa Flamenga, Playa Zenia, Playa Cabo Riog are also within 2.5 km. There is a lot of activity in and around Torrevieja (2.5 km) all year round.

Only 40 minutes from Alicante airport. Murcia, Elche and Alicante 30-45 minutes and Valencia 2 hours by car.

Mandatory final cleaning to be paid upon reservation (Euro 130). Deposit (Euro 250) to be paid in cash to the manager. Also reservation options through the manager for airport taxi service and car rental at attractive prices.

Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 10:00 AM.
