The following description, photos, prices and the investment plan apply to the "6-person apartment upstairs" in the Villa Delfin.

From January 2020 you can also rent the luxurious upper floor of the Villa Delfin (140 qm), with a large terrace (55 qm) and a wonderful view and panorama (from dawn) for a favorable price.

There you will find a lot of space and a beautiful and well-furnished holiday home. In addition to the large landscaped rooms (floor plan on request), the covered terrace with a view of the Mediterranean Sea invites to communal meals and relaxation.
The swimming pool can be reached via 1 staircase and yet there is still enough privacy for everyone.
Already at dawn you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun on the terrace. The property is divided into a large cooking, living and dining area, in addition 3 bedrooms (all mez air conditioning cold / hot) and 2 well-appointed bathrooms (incl. Towels). The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven and the normal basic equipment (eg coffee maker).

The property is without doubt suitable for 6 adults + possibly 2 children (adjustment beds available). This way you can also spend your holidays with family or friends in the Villa Delfin. The living, dining area is centrally heated and for extra cozy hours there is a fireplace (incl. Wood). In addition to free high-speed internet (eg for Netflix streaming), there is also television with German and Dutch programs. Thanks to the good distribution of the 3 apartments (top, front and rear) with 3 separate entrances, each party can benefit from enough privacy.

The large bathing area and the various terraces around the house with seating and lying options offer all options for your personal needs. Outside the swimming pool, our guests can also use the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the home-made pizza oven (with recipe for "pizza a'la Hans). Pizza a'la Hans is part of the Villa Delfin tradition and is a truly unforgettable holiday highlight.

The beach (Playa del Albis) with delightful promenade and a large gastronomic offer and the center of L'Alfas del Pi with all necessary shopping opportunities can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes. There are several attractions in the immediate vicinity (eg leisure park, waterfalls, hiking and climbing routes and the port of Altea).
