Lovingly renovated village house from 1900.

Super thick outer walls, double glazing, and equipped with mosquito nets and blinds throughout.

Industrial with a twist. All amenities are within walking distance, the bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, bars and terraces. A lot has been thought of, such as 8 sleeping places with nice beds, a cot, and the high chair. There are 12 solar panels on the roof.

There is now also a large above-ground swimming pool of 4 x 10. You can swim a few laps.

Lemons can be taken straight from the tree from the garden during the season.

The sea and the beach are 15 minutes by car.

We supply bed linen and bath towels with the rental. As well as a beach towel. Please mention at the time of rent whether the cot also needs to be made. All bedrooms are equipped with fans.

Our family has used holiday homes here for a long time. And our wish came true, we could buy something ourselves. With a lot of care and attention our village house refurbished. And every time we are happy that we are allowed and able to come again. And we continue to discover beautiful things.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written or email cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price, the deposit and cleaning costs will be refunded.
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
