FOR A SUPER RELAXING HOLIDAY IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE !!

Lovely spacious house with lots of light, living room with loft and patio doors to a balcony with dining table and chairs for breakfast in the sun with a fantastic view of the valley and the sea. Centrally located a short distance from nice restaurants, shops and the coast.

  • Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, utility room with washing machine and dryer. 
  • Three spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds.
  • Two spacious bathrooms with bath and shower, 1 of which is ensuite.
  • Outside several terraces, two with large canopy and outdoor kitchen, beanbags and lounge sofas.

At the pool 4 sunbeds and a large lounge bed by the pool itself.

This house is more than complete and very recently newly furnished.

We hope that everyone who rents it enjoys this wonderful place as much as we do!
Every time it really feels like coming home; In the morning we first have a nice swim and then breakfast on the balcony with the beautiful view.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional payment terms

In the event of late payment, the customer is in default. The owner will inform the customer of this in writing. The customer then still has the option of paying the amount due within seven days. If payment is still not made, the rental agreement is deemed to have been cancelled and the cancellation conditions (below) apply. 

If the agreement is concluded within eight days to the day of arrival, the entire rent, including deposit, must be paid.

Cancellation policy 

The customer must cancel in writing (e-mail).

In the event of cancellation, the customer will owe the following cancellation costs:

In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are 25% of the total invoice amount.

In case of cancellation from 6 to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total invoice amount.

In case of cancellation from 2 weeks before the start of the rental period and in case of non-payment, you will receive an invoice from the owner of 90% of the total invoice amount. The owner then has the right to offer the house for rent again at the same time. If the customer does not use the property or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.

Additional costs

The prices do not include € 125 cleaning costs, energy (€ 10 per day) and deposit (€ 400).

A long weekend or midweek can be discussed (if possible) with the owner.
