Beautiful Spanish style villa. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the orange valley from the private pool and the various terraces.

The villa is bright and spacious and features an 8x4 meter swimming pool and an outdoor shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. Our large living room with fireplace has a typical Spanish shaded terrace and is the ideal place to start the day enjoying the views. There is a separate dining area and a very equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine. There are free fiber optic WIFI, Dutch and English satellite TV, streaming options, books and games. All 3 bedrooms have recently been newly furnished. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, bath & toilet and a large walk-in closet. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, dining area and kitchen, you will find 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower / toilet, a pantry and a separate spacious toilet. 

There are several seating areas and terraces, including a very large roof terrace. In addition, it is wonderful to relax and bbq on the terrace by the pool (sun loungers and gas bbq available). In short, all the ingredients are there for a wonderful luxury holiday.

Casa Rena is located in a very quiet location, 5 minutes from the traditional village of Orba with several terraces, supermarket, fresh bakery, butcher, pharmacy and nice restaurants. A short distance away you will find the beautiful beaches (blue flag) and resorts of El Vegel, Denia, Javea and El Portet, among others  , where you can eat well in the various beach bars. It is wonderful to shop in the old town and modern port of Denia or in the large covered Portal de la Marina (air conditioning) with many well-known brands, a very large supermarket and restaurants.

Would you rather go out into nature or exercise? The area is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, boat and snorkeling trips. The Montgo National Park is ideally suited for hiking and there is a 27-hole golf course nearby. But mountain bikers and cyclists also feel more than at home in the challenging mountains of the Jalon Valley, which is known for its wine valley, bodega and antique market. In addition, professional cycling teams regularly train here on the Coll de Rates.
