On the Costa Blanca, 18 km from the beaches of Denia, in the urbanization El Capso you will find our beautiful villa with private pool. The villa was renovated in 2023. All terraces around the house have also been renewed. The villa can accommodate 6 people. Also ideal for large families.
The villa is quietly situated on a mountain with a beautiful view over the valley of Orba. The villa has 2 floors. When renting out, the top floor remains closed.
The villa features:

- Cozy living room with large dining table, sofa, 2 armchairs and TV with chromecast
- Spacious kitchen with all conveniences (gas hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and washing machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed
- 1 large master bedroom with a 180x200 bed
- BBQ area (coal) (In July and August it is forbidden in Spain to use this BBQ due to forest fires)
- Private swimming pool (8x5m)
All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning. There is 1 camping bed and high chair available.
The villa has several terraces where you can enjoy the sun or the shade.
Casa Cosy is an ideal base for a day trip to, for example, Benidorm, Javea, Altea Gandia etc. within half an hour you are in the places mentioned. But there is also plenty to do closer by. A 10-minute drive takes you to the largest shopping mall on the Costa Blanca in Ondara. The cozy Denia is a 20-minute drive away.
Important:
- If you have difficulty walking, our house is not recommended. To get to the house you first have to go down a staircase!
- from 2025, the Valencia region will have new legislation regarding tourist rentals. As a result, we are unfortunately not allowed to rent out our house for more than 10 days per booking.
- Pets are not allowed.
