Villa Uno Mas is a beautiful villa, ideally located in the beautiful fishing village of Moraira, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Moraira is less than a 5 minute drive away, as are most activities, the main restaurants and shops. The villa is located just a 3 minute drive from the nearest beach, and close to several beautiful beaches in and around Moraira. For golfers, there are 3 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the nearest of which is a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful surroundings offer countless possibilities for cyclists and hikers.
Villa Uno Mas offers a luxurious interior with a cozy spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, all with box spring beds and equipped with air conditioning (cold and warm). The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. The beds in the bedrooms have 100% cotton bed linen. Naturally, the house is equipped with satellite TV, Netflix, Sonos and Wi-Fi.
From the living room (also air-conditioned) you enter directly into the large naya (covered terrace) with spacious sitting area and cozy dining table, and you walk through to the sun-drenched terrace with comfortable sun loungers by the large swimming pool with a beautiful view to the sea, the port and the wider area. Our gas BBQ can be used on the side terrace and a table tennis table is ready for those who can not sit still. In the garden there are several terraces to enjoy the sun and shade.
