We proudly offer you our holiday villa with private swimming pool (9m x 5m).

Lovers of nature and lots of privacy between the mountainous hills will feel like a fish in water here. The beach is also not far from your bed, and the tourist villages with market stalls and shops are accessible in the adjacent villages. Everything for everyone's wishes, young and old.

The center and beach of Alicante are reachable within 30 minutes from our fantastic villa. Our villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The living room is spacious and comfortably furnished with a 6-person dining table, a large sofa and a smart TV (with free use of Netflix).
The open kitchen has a cooking island, all built-in appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and even a wine cooler are at your disposal. In short, all the luxury and comfort is available for a wonderful carefree time with a homely atmosphere.

There is a veranda attached to the house, which is also very spacious. The veranda has a long dining table, a permanent BBQ and a lovely shaded seat. From the veranda you have a view of the mountains and the swimming pool. The entrance to the swimming pool is protected by a fence/gate for the safety of your children.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels, as well as a welcome pack are included in the standard service we offer.

Our villa is a perfect stay for families and friends up to 6 adults.

We have a family with 3 children and have become the proud owners of this fantastic villa since 2023.

Spain and the south in particular appeal to both of us. The culture, the food, the weather and the environment of the house. We like to share this experience and environment with others.

Explanation of prices

Additional costs:

We require a deposit of € 200.00, this amount will be refunded to your account within a few days after check-out date.
Cleaning costs are € 145.00 per stay. These costs include; making beds, laying out towels and beach towels on the beds, cleaning/maintenance of the swimming pool and complete cleaning of the house.

Term of payment:

After your reservation we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, the booking must be paid in full at least 45 days (or less for last minute bookings) before your arrival.

Once we have confirmed your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

You can cancel your booking at any time free of charge within 48 hours of confirmation.
Cancellation after 48 hours, but the time between arrival and cancellation is longer than 4 months, your booking can still be canceled free of charge.
If you cancel after 48 hours, but the time between arrival and cancellation is between 3 and 4 months, we will charge 25% of the booking costs.
If you cancel after 48 hours, but the time between arrival and cancellation is between 60 and 90 days, we will charge 50% of the booking costs.
If you cancel after 48 hours, but the time between arrival and cancellation is between 45 and 60 days, we will charge 75% of the booking costs.
If you cancel after 48 hours, but the time between arrival and cancellation is less than 45 days, we will charge 100% of the reservation costs.
If you have canceled but you have another person who would like to take your place, we can change the booking to the other person free of charge, as long as they take over your entire booking. We do not refund amounts in the event of a partial cancellation.
