From this modern and tastefully decorated villa you can easily reach the center of Moraira. This fishing village, which has remained authentically Spanish in its core, is characterized by the narrow streets in the center, meandering past nice terraces and restaurants. Everything within reach for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca!

Inside Villa Josa
You walk into the living room and kitchen via the spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and Nespresso coffee maker . There is a beautiful kitchen island with bar stools. There is a dining table in the middle of the room. Then you will find the living area with sitting area and TV. From the entire room you have a view of the beautiful terrace with naja and private swimming pool. From the kitchen/living room you enter the bedrooms via a long corridor.

Bedroom 1: 1x a double bed. Bedroom 2: 2x a single bed. Bedroom 3: 1x a double bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4: 1x a double bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bathroom 1: separate bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Bathroom 2: ensuite with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom 3: ensuite with walk-in shower, bath, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. All bedrooms and the kitchen/living room are equipped with air conditioning .

The outdoor life of Villa Josa
Villa Josa has a spacious private swimming pool , with a spacious terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower . At the dining table there is a gas BBQ for cooking and an outdoor bar for drinks. There is also a nice seating area with sofa and chairs to enjoy your beautifully lit private pool during the long summer evenings. There is a private parking space (roadside) for 3 cars.

Particularities
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Stay during the winter months
Villa Josa is suitable for winter stays. Villa Josa has heating through air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room (pellets for the pellet stove are available and cost approximately € 9 per bag, to be paid locally according to consumption). In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per month is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh.
