The beautiful villa is located in the beautiful, green district of La Cometa and is within walking distance of the village,
restaurants and beaches!
Villa Saam has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool and is complete
equipped with air conditioning.
Whether you want to stay with 2 families or 9 adults and 1 baby, Villa Saam is perfect for a comfortable stay!

The ground floor has a cozy, bright and contemporary living room followed by a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, American refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds.
The master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with sink, bath/shower and toilet.
There is a 2nd bathroom with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.
Smart TV, Apple TV and WiFi (5G) are available.

The top floor can be reached from the inside but also has a separate external entrance.
It has a spacious, attractive living room and a fully equipped, spacious modern kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a single room and a 3rd bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a glass conservatory with a dining table at the front and a large balcony with a view of the swimming pool, the garden and the mountains.
There is also a smart TV here.
There is a washing machine available.

The detached villa is located on a quiet street on 1000 m2 of private land.
Very spacious parking for several cars, closed by a large gate.

Imagine starting the day with a refreshing dip in your own private pool, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature. Drink a cup of coffee in the lounge set and enjoy the sun-drenched afternoons on the spacious terrace or in the shade under the pergola.
You can also play a nice game of table tennis!
To complete it, there is a Broil King BBQ, where you can enjoy a snack and drink together at the long wooden table.

Groups of young people are not allowed in the villa.
