The modern furnished house with lots of natural light is located in Moraira in the Benimeit area, on a cul-de-sac, so there is hardly any traffic, both at the front and at the back of the house. The complex, Montana Park, with swaying palm trees due to the sea breeze that can be felt here, is very neatly maintained. On the underlying road at the back of the house is the large swimming pool, which is accessible via a staircase between the houses. The added bonus of La Trufa is really the breathtaking sea views. This is because the house is located a bit higher on the hill of Moraira.
When you step into the house, your mouth falls open from the beautiful panoramic sea view and you want nothing more than to enter the narrow terrace to make sure you are not dreaming. In the morning you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises from this sunny terrace and wake up quietly with a cup of coffee, making it your party every day.
The large L-shaped kitchen on the street side of the house, offers everything you could wish for to put extensive dinners on the table. Because it is an open kitchen, you can chat along while cooking.
La Trufa has a separate dining room and sitting room with sea views through the sliding doors adjacent to the upper terrace. The terrace off the living room has a large awning, so you can sit in the shade and read a book. This house will warm your heart by the pellet stove for the cooler days and by the colorful interior. Like the bright red lounge sofa which is the ideal place to doze off in front of the TV. Watching TV is done via a Chromecast.
Another big plus of this spacious house is that both bedrooms are located under the living area, making the temperature very pleasant. The beds are of excellent quality and are made with 100% percale cotton (optional). The main bathroom with a shower bath and the guest bathroom with a small walk-in shower. On the same floor there is a separate room where the washing machine and dryer are located.
Through the door in the master bedroom you reach the underlying second terrace also on the southeast, where you can relax on one of the sunbeds or enjoy a barbecue.
La Trufa is ideal for stays in summer as well as in winter, because the house has air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and in the living room there is even a pellet stove. The house is equipped with fiber optic WiFi, electric shutters and mosquito nets to keep out the sun and insects. You can park your car in the private parking space in front of the house.
The nearest large supermarket, the cozy center of Moraira with many shops, terraces and restaurants are just like the marina and the beach about a 5-minute drive away.
