Atmospheric, Spanish, luxurious and cozy at the same time. Private pool, several terraces, full sea view. 5 minutes to the pleasant center of Moraira and several beaches.

Outside:
The plot is nice and spacious but very well organized. There is a good view of the private swimming pool (possibly heated) so that you can always see your children swimming and playing. There are several terraces in sun and shade, full sea views, large pergola and a beautiful BBQ area. Sunbeds available, parasols, lounge sets, high bar table and a cozy round dining table. Driveway for several cars with an entrance gate. In the evening the palm trees are beautifully lit and you can enjoy a drink under the illuminated pergola.

Inside:
The villa is stylishly and attractively finished on the inside. Recently completely renovated (completed in May 2021). The furniture and accessories, in combination with a real 'hand-made' terracotta floor and mosaic tiles, create the atmosphere of a luxurious Spanish holiday home. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms (including living room/kitchen). The living room also has a wood fireplace, which provides warmth and coziness in the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped. From induction stove and toaster to air fryer and hand blender. All basic necessities and much more, such as spices, foil, garbage bags and detergent, are also provided.

The living room has a dining area and a separate sitting area with TV (with Chromecast). High-speed WiFi via fiber optic and multiple routers provides the entire house and outdoor areas with internet. There are three portable (JBL) speakers for music indoors and outdoors.

Bedrooms:
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two with rain shower and one with shower and bath). Air conditioning in all bedrooms. The beds are 180cm, 160cm and two are 90cm wide. A real crib can be added if there are tenants with a baby. Children's crockery and a high chair are also provided. Box springs, luxurious bedding from Crisp Sheets and beautiful towels complete it. There are also 12 generous beach towels that can be used by our tenants. That saves luggage space!

There is also plenty of entertainment for children in the form of toys, games, drawing materials, outdoor and beach toys and a large trampoline.

In short, a wonderful house for both summer and the (usually) sunny winter months!

For possible Longer term rental during the winter period, different rental prices are negotiable.

As indication:
Rent for 4 weeks in November to April is approximately €2500-3500, excluding the Christmas holidays. Please send a personal message to discuss this further.
